Locate under floor heating leaks, trace and diagnose hidden pipes and underfloor systems.
Using sensitive thermal imaging cameras, we will find hot and in several cases, cold pipes buried in or beneath alternative building materials.
Often the placement of hidden systems is required even once functioning properly, for instance when doing a renovation or drying of flooded buildings. In this case we can provide a visual record of where pipes are situated and/or physical marking of the building to make a permanent record of the location. Typically there’s no building info out there on the placement of older systems and asbestoses insulation might preclude harmful investigation or maybe removal of inspection covers. During this case, the non-destructive nature of thermal imaging may be an enormous price saver as well as giving health and safety advantages.
